The draft agenda is posted two weeks before each meeting and the final agenda is posted one week before each meeting. Council packets are posted to the Web site by close of business the Friday before each meeting. Past meeting materials are also available. Draft minutes are posted as a draft with the following month's meeting materials. Final minutes are posted after they have been approved and put in final format.
